Did I mention that I am training for a triathlon? My first race is going to be a sprint distance...0.5 mile swim, 14 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run.And I really want to do this one in Philadelphia! It's in August...Maybe if our condo sells. There's also one close to here in May. The swim is in a pool so that would be nice. I have to admit that I'm pretty nervous about the start, especially in open water.
The training has been great so far. Mitch was training with me for the first 2 weeks, but now that school has started back, he really doesn't have the time. So, I need a new partner...any takers??

I would also volunteer...if I lived in Missouri. Oh wait I do live in Missouri. But unlike Emily I hate swimming. Really I hate floating, I think I was born unable to float.
